Nickelodeon Animation Studios - Burbank, CA, August 2009 – Present, Lead Character TD
- Manage a small team of Character TDs to create robust and versatile character rigs to meet episodic animation needs.
- Develop tools in MEL/Python to automate and speed up various tasks in the rigging pipeline.
- Work closely with the Lead Modeler and Animation Supervisors to ensure characters and props have the proper topology and animation controls to achieve a broad range of motion, from cartoony stretch and squash to realistic muscle deformation.
- Instruct and assist overseas artists to setup prop rigs that meet our aesthetic and technical standards.

- Model, texture, rig, and animate low-poly characters for a web based social video game.
- Work directly with the Art Director and Technical Director to ensure characters meet the design requirement and troubleshoot technical issues.
